The site sells clothing, footwear, and accessories for women, men, girls, and boys. They have a large variety of brand names from Ed Hardy and Coogi to DKNY and the inexpensive brand Basic Essentials.
Navigation, Shipping, and Returns
There are plenty of ways to navigate through the site. You can do a keyword search or click on a gender and browse. You can browse by brand name and go further by browsing by price range, size, color ... There are so may ways to find what you're looking for.
Photos are on models which help to visualize the item on you and they are zoomable. There are several views with one good close up to show details. Descriptions are fairly thorough although they often leave out the rise of jeans, which I really feel is important. Sizing is a guessing game because each brand sizes differently. I would go with whatever you take in junior's if you are a woman and go by your usual size if you are a man. The men's clothing seems to run true to size while the women's is definitely cut for the junior set.
Choose color and size and add to your cart. When you have finished shopping, you will go to the checkout where your transaction will be processed quickly. You need to fill out the same info as on any other shopping site and pay with a major credit card.
A confirmation email will arrive immediately and a shipping one will come very soon after that. Orders arrive very quickly, in general.
Shipping starts at $5.95 for standard ground and goes all the way up to $69.95 for orders over $2000. You would think they would ship that size order for free! I think shipping charges are a bit on the high side but not terribly inflated. They do ship to many countries outside the US and have the shipping info on their site for those countries. You have three speed choices of delivery with the faster choices being more expensive, obviously.
Returns are accepted for most items within a 30 day period. Items must be unworn and have the original tags attached. You will receive a refund minus shipping charges. There is no restocking fee. There also are no exchanges. You will have to make a new order if you want the same thing in a different size or color.
