Tech Depot (formerly 4SURE.com) operates a Web-based business-to-business online outlet, which features a broad range of technology products including PC hardware, software, networking, and supplies. The company's technology products (including computers, digital cameras, monitors, scanners, and servers) are made by such top brands as Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Sony, and Toshiba. Tech Depot serves as a stand-alone Internet-based service designed to complement Office Depot's own Web business. The company was founded in 1998 by Bruce Martin and "Chip" Lacy, Jr. It was acquired by office products superpower Office Depot in 2001.
